This coffee is equal parts Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala & Ethiopia. These origins use different types of processing for their beans and the complexity this brings out is wonderful. They are roasted separately and then blended. It’s a great mix of sweetness and complexity. We have a limited amount of this bean, so please let me know if you’d like some.
