Description
This coffee is 2 parts Costa Rica, 1 part Guatemala, 1 part Colombia, 1 part Ethiopia. This really allows us to push one of the Costa Rica beans a bit darker and give the coffee a bit more of a chocolate note. Then we’ve paired it with a very fruited Ethiopian that layers in fruited and floral notes. The remaining 3 coffees are meant to add sweetness and more complexity.
